About the Position

We are seeking dedicated and detail-oriented Lab Attendants to join our research team. Successful candidates will play a crucial role in maintaining our state-of-the-art laboratory facilities and supporting ongoing scientific research projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Equipment Maintenance: Daily cleaning, sterilization, and calibration of laboratory instruments
• Inventory Management: Tracking supplies, placing orders, and maintaining optimal stock levels
• Safety Compliance: Ensuring strict adherence to lab safety protocols including PPE usage and chemical handling procedures
• Documentation: Maintaining accurate logs for equipment usage and laboratory activities
• Research Support: Assisting scientists with experimental setup, sample preparation, and waste disposal

Qualifications & Requirements

Essential Qualifications

• High School Diploma with Science stream (Biology/Chemistry/Physics)
• Basic understanding of laboratory procedures and safety protocols
• Proficiency in handling common lab equipment (microscopes, centrifuges, autoclaves)

Preferred Qualifications

• Diploma or Certificate in Lab Technology
• 1+ years of relevant laboratory experience
• Basic computer skills (MS Office, inventory software)
